Dear Coopy, I'm afraid that nobody could really explain you more than what you have already understood. The text is quite hermetic.
First, I think the text be"l'andaturA andalusa..."

I think the meaning could be something like " her andalusian way of walking gives me a good idea about her: she is surely a surprising woman, able to create "a different herself" while undressing/when undressed..."
