I love you pretty much, Lili

I love you pretty much, Lili
For all the books you read,
I love you pretty much, Lili
I love you pretty much in the bed, I love you pretty much also in the bed,
You are the "i" in the word my night, in the word my life
You are the "i" in the word my night, also in the word my life

I love you pretty much, Lili
For all the silly things you say,
I love you pretty much, Lili
When you bore me, also when you bore me,
You are the "i" in the word my night, in the word my life
You are the "i" in the word my night, also in the word my life

I love you pretty much, Lili
When you come home late and you smile at me, Lili
It's not the rain, it's him.

I love you pretty much, Lili
Even if we won't ever have the same ..., Lili, Lili, Lili,

I love you pretty much, Lili
But I find it hard to live this life
Between silence and oblivion
I wait for my paradise.
You're not the "i" of my dwelling, of my hiding place
You are the "i" in the word my friend, also in the word enemy.

I love you pretty much, Lili
When you come home late and you smile at me, Lili
It's not the rain, it's him.

I love you pretty much, Lili
Even if I'm not the only one who says "yes" to you, Lili, Lili, Lili

I love you pretty much, Lili
When we are the two of us at the night
I love you pretty much, Lili
I love you pretty much in the bed, I love you pretty much also in the bed,
You are the "i" in the word desire, in the word longing,
And that is why I stay here, that I stay, Lili.

Hello, and thanks for the translation.
For the two sentence :
"Bien qu´on n´aura jamais les mêmes jeudis, Lili, Lili, Lili," it's not a French expression at all. Jeudi is Thursday but I don't see why he say that ??

"C'est pas la pluie, c'est lui". Lui ? Qui ? I have the same question ;-)

Hey, you're welcome !
Hahah, thank you, well yes, I don't get it either :)
(That's why I thought that "avoir les mêmes jeudis" could be an expression...)
