1. the French plays on "penser" (be thoughtful/sensible) and "penser que" (the usual sense of "thinking")
2. obvious wink to Gainsbourg's "Le poinçonneur des Lilas" ("Et sous un ciel de faïence...")
3. this convoluted sentence literally means "we all just walk / all of us, past ourselves", and "passer à côté" means "fail to notice" or "miss (an opportunity)"

I find these lyrics particularily poorly written. Feels like a bunch of words slapped together at random, and let the reader sort the mess (or simply gobble the word porridge).
You can do that easily in English, but in French it soon becomes an eyesore.

The "found again lost paradise', this new covenant thingie and the heavy wink to Gainsbourg are especially out of place (and quite pretentious, considering the nearly non-existent subject matter).
