1 notice : It says "Tu gelosia" doesn't this mean "You Jealousy" ?
And then he says :
Hai un compito diabolico
Mi porterai alla pazzia se io ancora ti seguirò
Shouldn't this be :
You have a...
You will drive me... ?

I guess 'you jealousy' would be fine as here 'tu' is a personal pronoun, but it doesn't make too much sense to me.
As for 'hai' and 'ha', I do have problems with these particles in Italian. I'd translate it to 'you have', but as the line before talks about someone's jealousy I don't guess that would be correct. 'Mi porterai' could be translated to 'you will drive...', I think it wouldn't cause confusion here. But as I'm not a fluent IT speaker, maybe requesting proofreading would help more.
Hi! Yes I know that it makes no sense in English but I think that he's talking about jealousy not someone being jealous. That's why he says "hai" instead of "ha" . Maybe a native speaker could explain it
