Help with a tranlslation of Garbage song

I am newbie here, hope I am posting to the right section of forum.
I am making a poetical translation of "Only happy when it rains" by Garbage (into russian).

My questions are:
1. "Pour your misery down
Pour your misery down on me"
Does this mean:
"Get rid of your sadness, and give it all to me" (cause I like sadness, rains, etc.) or just "Get rid of your sadness, I will help you to do it somehow" (I will talk to you, I will hug you, etc.)
2. "You'll get the message by the time I'm through
When I complain about me and you"
Does this mean:
"When you are reading this letter (or listening to the phone message), the period of my complaining about our relationships should be other"
Or smth else that I didn`t get?
3. "You can keep me company
As long as you don't care"
This is situated closely to the end of the song, so do you think this means: "We can be together until you are ok about all that stuff that I pointed out in this song" or just simple "Be with me as long as you wish"
4. "I didn't accidentally tell you that
I`m only happy when it rains"
Do you think that it is more like a statement -
"I have already told you that. And it was not accidentally"
so it is just modified sentence "I didn't tell you that accidentally"
or maybe this is a kind of ironical question -
"I haven't told you that yet, have I?"

To answer your questions,
1 you were right the first time.
2 When someone says you'll " get the message " in english it means you'll understand. So what she is saying is, When she's done complaining about the relationship he'll understand better how she's feeling.
3 What I believe she means is, you can come over to visit, but be reckless.
4 It means she told him that for a reason, she went out of her way to let him know...
she's only happy yadda yadda yadda.
