Well that is simply not possible.
Even if the unknown authors were "work for hire" (which they obviously weren't), nobody can hold a copyright on lyrics written more than 120 years ago.
Unless for some reason this particular variant of the song was considered a new work, which would be nothing short of organized fraud.

Who pretends to be owner of the lyrics is a liar. This song has been written in the XIXth century by unknown people and passed as is in the Breton culture since then.

I guess this is copywrited as this is the version of Alan Stivell, with regards to music composition, and also his voice used in this particular version, more than the lyrics, i only see this kind of explanation for copywriting, but in this case, why the lyrics have been hidden, just the video should suffice. Maybe those lyrics are slightly modified, compared to the original version?
Strangely, it seems not all the songs registered under this artist are hidden. I wonder why just this one, as so many other artists sang it already.
We hopefully still have another way to listen this specific song, through other artists on the website, interpreting this song, such as Nolwenn Leroy or others.
