Playmobil
- 1. play on "poisson pané" - would literally mean "like a fish, I'm coated in breadcrumbs". From the corny joke: Quel poisson n'est pas né ?
Réponse: Le poisson pané - 2. Pushed my luck - alludes to the expression "faut pas pousser mémé dans les orties " - don't push granny into the nettles
- 3. As in migrants sent home on charter flights

No footnote for the "poisson pané"? :)
Haha I did wonder what that line was meant to mean - completely missed it!
Chapeau monsieur! :D

:D bien vu
C'est du niveau blague carambar en même temps x)

Je n'invente rien : http://blaguescarambars.canalblog.com/archives/p20-10.html :p
I've just learnt something: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carambar
So this would be like "lolly stick joke" in English - Ice lollies used to have jokes on the sticks (perhaps they still do, I've not had one in a while)... or "cracker joke" - as in Christmas crackers. :)
I didn't know these "lolly stick jokes", they seem to be funny :D
in the footnote: n'est pas née → né ("poisson" est masculin). The mistakes comes from the website where the joke was written :)
Thanks - I probably copy/pasted that! :)
I think I get almost all of them :D

Thanks!
I thought it was most probably Sarkozy... :)
Made a few changes and added some notes. I'll keep "Smash everything" as fortuitously that could also mean "be successful" although I didn't realise "casser" could work like that. Is that like Brice's cassé! ;)
- How was the interview? Yeah great, I smashed it!
