What does the phrase "I'm holding on with Your life in mine" mean? Does it equal "I'm holding on = keep on going because/since You (God) are in my life"?

In my opinion, the singer meant something like 'I'm resisting/still alive because you are in life'.

I don't think h/she is talking to/about God, but it's a possibility. But I haven't read the whole lyrics, so I may be wrong.

Thanks! :)
("God/You" was taken from the context of the whole song, wasn't my main concern)

Thank you! :)

The song is a worship song by Kim Walker Smith, "Miracle Maker".
