A few suggestions/questions
Ich zaehl' dich-Does that mean he pays the drink (gives the drink money?) or that he's paying for the drink (giving the bartender/clerk money)? Or both? (like paying the drink metaphorically.)
giess dich: Is he telling the drink to pour itself? Then it would be "Pour yourself once again." If he mean "(Ich) giess dich" I think you need a pronoun there.
You might also translate the "Lass 13 gerade sein" as "Take it easy!" or "Just let it be!" "Relax" is also good, I'm honestly not sure what would be better.
"You never laugh at* me."
does "Fratz" really mean face? Maybe there's no literal translation.
"Von mir aus..." maybe this line would be better as "You can roast me for all I care"?
Trotzdem gute uebersetzung.
