Alive

Französisch

Vivante

La couleur de sa peau
C'est sombre et envoutant
Et l'odeur de ses mots
Soufflés de sa bouche d'ange

Y a rien d'plus beau
Y a rien d'plus beau qu'un drâme
Dans une histoire d'amour
Du respect, d'la haine, des larmes

Refrain :
Elle se sent vivante
Vivante quand elle est triste
Elle a encore donné sa chaire
La elle sent qu'elle existe

Quand vint la morale
S'aligner sur ses songes
La rendre moins coupable
Dans tous ses beaux mensonges, mensonges, mensonges....

refrain...

Elle s'invente des jeux
Des jeux de l'oie de charme
Ta vie est le pion
Et le diable tient ton âme

Refrain x 2

Elle se sent vivante........

Englisch

Alive

The colour of her skin
Is dark and bewitching
And the smell of her words
Blown from her angel's mouth

There's nothing more beautiful
There's nothing more beautiful than a tragedy
In a story of love
Of respect, of hate, or tears

She feels alive
Alive when she is sad
She's given her throne away again
Where she feels that she exists

When morale came*
To align itself with her dreams
To make her less responsible
For all her beautiful lies, lies, lies...

She invents games
Games of gooses and charm**
Your life is the pawn
And the devil takes your sole

She feels alive...

Many thanks, Isis. I've started learning French about the months ago and I love learning languages with music.I came across this guy on the internet and I really like his music. I can now try and sing along knowing what the meaning of the song is.
Merci!

Hey Nonohay, I'm glad to help! French is such a beautiful language. Yes, music is a great way to learn languages isn't it. Happy learning Smile Isis

Qu'est-ce qu'un "drâme" ? Drame ?
