Hello TrampGuy and thanks for your appreciation.
I also learn from you, for example you make me find out that “bacino” means not only basin, but also little kiss.
Yes, my choice is to propose valuable, simple songs that have enchanted our parents and grandparents.
I consider many modern songs rather noisy, complicated and presumptuous.
My suggestions for your present translation:
di nascosto di mamma e papà > hiding from MY mom and dad
(She hides from her parents, not from his parents)
certo quello l'amor non sà far > certainly, they haven't experienced such love
I understand differently and I should translate: certainly, that one doesn’t know to make love

Hi Valeriu, I got to say I like how your requests are always short, and rather simple, and yet they are always of quality/classic songs.
1. | Fin che la barca va |
2. | Quién será |
3. | Quattro cavai che trottano |
Thanks! I'm sure your Italian is generally better than mine, just from the fact your a native Romanian.
As for your corrections :
1. di nascosto di mamma e papà - it took me couple of seconds to see it, but indeed I was mistaken here - fixed!
2. certo quello l'amor non sà far - well I agree that your version is more literal but I don't think it conveys the same idea in English as in the Italian text. It means something along the lines of "certainly, they don't know how love goes" which doesn't sound that good either. But your version "certainly, that one doesn't know to make love" implies that "this one" doesn't know how to "make love", which is an English idiom meaning to have sex. So I don't think that's the case, and I freely adapted it to English so the sentence still make sense.
Your translation has great success: 124 readers-listeners, up to now.
Congratulations!
I thank you on behalf of the readers and you have already 161.
