Friedenshymne

excedunt daemones
anima mea
umbrae noctis sunt
vicatae de laetitia
sentio amorem
sentio libertas
core mea salva
fortis est felicitias

deponerunt arma
qui gerrunt bellum
spe pacis vera
tanto inspirata sum
mentes sunt serenae
mundi hominum
agendo gratias
con spiritu infusa sum

liberati sunt
belli daemonis
libarati sunt
lenes homines

liberati sunt
noti salutem
et salvati sunt
pacata aeternitas

Ihr seid die Befreiten...… Friede sei mit euch......
Denn ihr habt begriffen, das zu ernten, was man säht.

liberati sunt
belli daemonis
libarati sunt
lenes homines

liberati sunt
noti salutem
et salvati sunt
pacata aeternitas

pacata aeternitas
pacata aeternitas.

Liberty's Hymn

Demons, depart
From my soul!
In the shadow of night
The forces of happiness triumph
Love is felt
Freedom is won
My heart is saved
And fortune becomes ever bolder!

To the warmongers, I say
Lay down your weapons
The true hope of peace
Which I aspire for
Are in the peaceful minds
Of the human world
The act of thanking
For which I imbue in both spirit and vigor.

Liberated are they
From the demons of war
Liberated are they
Among the weak.

Liberated are they
Who acknowledge prosperity
And saved they will be
In eternal peace.

You are they who are free... peace be upon you all...
For you all have understood to reap what one sows.

Liberated are they
From the demons of war
Liberated are they
Among the weak.

Liberated are they
Who acknowledges prosperity
And saved they will be
In eternal peace.

In eternal peace.
In eternal peace.

As I already mentioned beneath the lyrics, it's "das", not "dass". "dass" seems to make more sense but would be wrong grammar here ("dass" would need a full verb in the sub clause, not just an infinitive like "zu ernten"). It's still a bit strange with "das", though.
And so that line means: " For you all have understood to reap what one sows."
