Your translation is really good, I'm just going to give you some corrections to perfect it ;)
The morning rain clouds up my window > "clouds up" is clearly a verb and can't be translated by "nuage", it's an image, I think you should use the "embuer" verb like "to cloud over"
"And I can't see at all" > "je ne peux pas voir du tout" it's rather "je ne peux rien voir du tout", there is a little shade of difference, "can see" means "able to see" or "there is something to see", in context, the singer can't see outside. We say "je ne peux pas voir" when we are not able to see but "je ne peux rien voir" when we are not able to see something ;) (sorry It's a little complex)
"My head just feels in pain" > this "just" is an english intensive that is rarely translate in french or with another form, the sentence "Ma tête me fait juste souffrir' is correct but weird for a french, I say "Ma tête me fait vraiment (really) mal"
"That I might not last the day" > "last" means "durer" for things/time but refering to a human it's rather "tenir" (+/- resist) or "survivre" (survive)
"through and through" > "comme une soupe" I don't understand why you wrote this XD that means "jusqu'au bout de ongles"
