Hearts made of paper

If you have found a heart made of paper too, don't cry
The deceitful hearts 1 leave deep wounds
Think carefully 2 because there's a cliff in front of you 3
I have been through the same situation before

The hearts made of paper are many
you strike a match and burn them
you strike a match and burn them
and you don't return to them

I can feel you, you hurt, but don't talk about this anymore
I have been through the same situation before

The hearts made of paper are many
you strike a match and burn them
you strike a match and burn them
and you don't return to them

  • 1. The adjective "σκάρτος" means defective, damaged, useless (for things) and false, deceitful, bad (for people)
  • 2. Not the best translation but I am open to suggestions
  • 3. Meaning: there's a problem you need to solve
