And (for whom) are you shedding tears in the garden?
If you ask me, I will tell you
I had a husband, and he loved me very much
He went abroad
And poor me I was left without him.
I got a letter and in the letter it says
I am hurt, and in a lot of pain
For you my bride, and our daughters
