I don't believe in coincidences ('hasard' means luck, random events, things like that)
As there is not a story
That one chooses (or, somewhat less literally: I don't believe you can choose your destiny. So the two last verses echo the first ones: everything is fate, nothing happens at random nor is there free will involved)
We will have to let time (run its course
bring us together, tame us (i.e. make us less restless)
I know we resemble each other (we are alike)
Tomorrow we will have to ('Il faut' expresses a necessity in French)
walk together.
and wait patiently so we can loose ourselves (i.e. love each other so much that one looses the sense of self)
But everything will/can be learned
We have Eternity (waiting) for us.
