That's Cool with Me (Ça plane pour moi)

English translation

That's Cool with Me

Versions: #1#2#3
(Wham! Bam!)
My cat "Splash"rests on my bed
She’s swallowed her tongue
While drinking all my whisky.
As for me,
Not much sleep, worn out, bullied
I’ve had to sleep in the gutter
Where I've had a vision
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
In four colours

Let’s go!
One morning
A chick came to my place
A cellophane doll, chinese hair
A sticking plaster, a wooden face
She’s drunk my beer
from a a big rubber glass
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
Like an Indian in his igloo

That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me, me, me,me, me
That’s cool with me
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
That’s cool with me

Let’s go! The girl
How fantastic!
What a vibe
To send her to the floor
Scratched, ruined, exhausted, fulfilled
"You are the King of the couch!”
... what she said to me in passing
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
I am the King of the couch

That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me, me, me,me, me
That’s cool with me
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
That’s cool with me

Come on!
Worry…
Get concerned…
Don't touch my planet
It's not today
That the sky will fall on my head
And I’ll have no glue to sniff.
That’s cool with me

Come on! My girl has pulled away, has cleared off
In the end it’s crap, everything’s broken
the sink, the bar leaving me alone
like a big jerk
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
I’ve screwed up

That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me
That’s cool with me, me, me,me, me
That’s cool with me
Hou! Hou! Hou! Hou!
That’s cool with me

Author's comments:

Thought there was room for another attempt at this as the other one appears to get some of the idioms wrong. Not that I'm an expert.

Incidentally I think the French text is wrong in some areas, e.g. should be:

"Et que la colle me manquera" not
"Et que l'alcool me manquera"

French

Ça plane pour moi

"gueule de bois" means is a semi-vulgar way of saying a hangover, but literally a gueule is an offensive way to say mouth, as it is only used when referencing an animal's mouth. Sort of like "Shut your trap".
