can anybody help me identifying the language of this (unfortunately bad quality) record I found?

If possible some words/lyrics would help to identify the song title.
It might be an African Variety of Arabic.

Are there any lyrics to the song? I could hear none.
But to answer your question, it's most likely Turkish, Hindi, or Arabic. At least, judging by the instrumentals I could hear.
No thats the Problem... I'm trying to get some words to find maybe the lyrics, but the quality is very bad. If there would be a native speaker of the language the song is in, one might be able to catch some words and to look for lyrics that fit the song...
Do you have ANY other identifying material?
It's definitely not Turkish. It sounds like a language from the Indian subcontinent to me.
