Ara eth nere s’a minjat era mia lum.
Ara eth nere m’a atrapat.
Òh! Sauva-me!!!
Òh! Sauva-me!!!

In White and Black

In white and black, I observe the movie of the past.
In white and black, here I am.
In white and black, young glance full of light.
In white and black, the laughter doesn’t lie.

In white and in black…
in white and in black!

An all-white dress, silvery necklace and golden hair.
A flat field, the grass that brushes some soft legs.
Sun from the east, it seems as though the clouds flee from it.
And a waltz, so pure, between the wind and the flowers, a flower in the wind.

In white and in black…
in white and in black!

Now the dress is black, I’ve seen them of every colour.
The skirt on the knees, innocence has marched off.
The eyes don’t see the same, the sun turns back.
The gold turns bronze, the light dims.
And the waltz becomes a rumba… the rumba of those beyond count!

In white I could paint and now it’s black.
In white.. and in black!
In black! In white and black! In white and black!

Now the black chased me, I can’t fix everything that’s broken.
Now the black ate my light.
Now the black conquered, I don’t know how to get rid of it from here, neither have I the courage.
Now the black caught me.
Oh! Save me!
Oh! Save me.

"The skirt on the knees, innocence has marched off.
The eyes don’t see the same, the sun turns back.
The gold turns bronze, the light dims" Best part wow... the song talks also about womans how they change in time metaphoric, if i get it right? The youthness stage than going through time...i'm really curious if i get it right..

That's one way of interpreting that I thought of too. I think there are a lot of interesting layers of interpretation with this one. Regular smile
