Bella, I haven't read the translation thoroughly but, for what I have seen, I agree with Tramp: The original is written, practically, in slung, and it should be translated accordingly, or given explanations. The lack of punctuation doesn't help the comprehension either. There are also several errors. I want to point out the following:
*Pablo Escobar didn't kill (at least in the song). "A Pablo Escobar lo tuvieron que matar". He was killed. (I think this requires attention)
* There are a couple verses in the middle of the long stanza, "Pero cómo.../iba a hacer..." that should be change to: "Because, how could it be (possible) for a federal agency to do such a bad thing?" (There are different ways to express it, but this is the idea).
The next line starts with capital letter and continues the story.
*"Carnal" means a blood relative, like a "primo carnal".
Again, I mentioned those two points because I think they are important.
Nice work, although you missed some of the slang words and there're plenty of words which require further explanation.
Some I caught :
carnal = blood / flesh / homey
cuete = gun
And your choice translation for "traficando" and "chavala" wasn't that good.
