Rakshaam karoti bhudevyam janmanaa kirtadhanvaa
Yudhi sucharitha dhanyannai dushtanai tharivardhanam
Aham rudrayaa ganuraatanomi vramadisesha gaje hantanaavu
Aham janaayasa ajandruno bhyaha dhyaava vrithiyaa

Please help me by translating this from hindi to English

Also, are you sure it's Hindi? It might as well be Sanskrit, the syllable structure looks a bit more like that and I recognize some words. But I'm not fluent in it (and have never learned Hindi at all) so I'm not even sure it is Sanskrit.

I think it's maa durga mantra which will be chanted during the Navarathri season. Many of them chant this mantra daily atleast once.
