Hello! Please tell me how to translate "to break in a [baseball] glove" to Russian?

The comment #2 is a spam!

Nevertheless, it’s an interesting phrase to translate. In this context “to break in” means “разнашивать”, “пробовать носить” in case of clothes or footwear. I’d translate the phrase as “приноровиться к (бейсбольной) перчатке”, “опробировать (бейсбольную) перчатку” or something like this.

I think, "разносить/разнашивать" is the best variant.

My problem with this obvious translation is that I can't correlate "разнашивать" with sport's equipment in Russian. It sounds to me the same as "разнашивать очки". Here one more "привыкает" to them.
