It looks like a Muharram devotional song. At least I found the name of this figure, Haj Mahmoud Karimi.

I don't know the lyrics, but I can say that it is a very mesmerizing song.

Yes, it's a Muharram elegy for Imam Hussein but also uses a verse from a poem by Rumi:
