I think that by Leibach (Laibach) you mean Ljubljana so the language would be Slovenian.
But I don't understand how you want those names to be translated.
Do you want slovenian names that are close/equivalent to the names you gave?
Or do you want those names written in Slovenian alphabet (which would actually kinda be the same, because Slovenia uses the Latin script)?
