Hello! Can anybody explain me what exactly do those lines mean:
"You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end
Always the end"

Full lyrics:

Thanks in advance!

I think it means to resign oneself to their fate, knowing that the 'end' will come and not fighting it.

Okay, in the context of the song: the person got used to suffering or loss, or experiencing frustration or something like that, and then he or she got fatalistic about every single relationship. She (or he) expects "the end"(of a relationship) to be a certain thing all the time, so she prepares in advance for it, living that way. I don't know. They just assume things will not work out, ever. Resignation to things being over, even when they are not. Not believing in anything else other than "the end." She or he or they were ready to go; the bags were packed in advance before the train tickets were for sale, for example. Resigned to something is what Phantasmagoria said. I hope this helps make the meaning (of the song) clearer....
In English
"like resignation to the end" it isn't a frequent expression one hears around, but it is not rare, either.
