A tiny suggestion for easier topic access on profile pages
Hi there,
If I'm not mistaken, the lists on the translation and topic profile sections are sorted chronologicaly. This is fine by me, except for new topics.
If someone adds a message to a song translated a while ago (not appearing on the first page of the list), there is no way I am aware of to detect it but to browse the whole list of translations manually.
What I have in mind is a modification of the sort criteria so that songs/topics are sorted first on a "pending messages or not" criterion, and then chronologically as usual.
All the songs/topics with unread messages would then be displayed on top of the list, and get back in their usual place as soon as the song/topic page has been visited.
What do you think?
Yes, good point.
I rarely use this feedback page, maybe because reading the answers out of their context spoils my fun
But that's indeed a way to avoid missing a comment stuck 5 pages behind. I shall keep that in mind.
The feedback and comments tabs are completely useless as the content they point to is all contained in the topics tab. It would be nice to have a tab that shows the content uploaded solely by the user.
In the old version, feedback and comment both were useless but now you should better not ignore the feedback tab completely when you don't want to overlook the comments other users write you.
Not all of the feedback tab's infos are listed in the topic tab - only those on your translations where you commented on yourself (so it at least seems to me).
I'd also rather have it again like it was in the old version (meaning, everything in one tab).
These things you've mentioned all appear to me in the topics tab as well.
And it would be nice to put it all under the same tab.
Are you sure? For example, someone wrote a comment on your translation "In A Harbor" three days ago. Your feedback tab mentions it but I don't see that comment mentioned anywhere in your topics tab.
Ohh well, it popped up on the translations tab, which is the first you see when getting into your page - so still, no need for feedbacks imo.

For that reason I normally don't look at my "translations" list but only on this lists "feeback" and "topics" (and sometimes "votes"), these lists are chronological and always show new comments on the top.
