This is a really hard song to try and convey in English. It uses a lot of phrases that don't translate well at all. "Flaca" in Spanish does mean "skinny woman" or "skinny girl", but it's often said in an affectionate way. Like, "hola, flaca!". Okay, maybe it's not that hard to get across in English
