They spearhead an attack.
They make the assault with the great President's Standard of the U.S.A.
And the Lakota sons there are courageous.
They make the assault with the great President's Standard of the U.S.A.
(With) this, they spearhead their attack.

Author's comments:

"The Lakota Flag Song" is also called "The Lakota National Anthem".
Spearhead is a military term used to indicate the thrust point point in a battlefront.
A flag and a standard. A flag has a plain edge on it. A standard has a gold fringed edge on it and is for formal occasions and offices.
