" marier" is to marry, but arranger is also good
"bien fumé" might have the meaning of well scented
" que chaque main en prenne deux" "each hand shall take two of the eggs"
"crier" why not "cry"?
the whole song is so medieval, so the meaning of the words might not be the same as in 21st century.

I liked that "sweetly scented". Actually, it means "to add manure (dung, "le fumier" in French) to the soil, in order to fertilize it", but I don't know the exact term in English (it seems to be : to manure). The scent might be somehow... peculiar.

The title would rather mean "Let's arrange roses" (imperative). BTW, I understand it as "to match" (to arrange roses of different colours together, in order to make a bouquet)
For the last verse, I would perhaps rather say "At the door we're going to shout". "To cry" makes me think of whining, howling.
