Simone Cristicchi - Meno male (English translation)

English translation

Good thing

People doesn't want to think, think on negative things.
People wants to enjoy the summer vacation.
We are fed up with hearing that all's going bad!
Of the plethora of bad news on Tv.
There's Italy, country of Saints, too few plumbers and too many caregivers.
There's Italy, country of "liberté, Egalité and "Gioca Giuè"! 1
There "l'Italia s'è desta" 2 but it depends on the point of view.
There's the world's crisis coming on
And the earthquake's victims still on vacation.

Good thing there's Carla Bruni! 3
We are so, - Sarkò no
Sarkò sì. 4
How beatiful is Carla Bruni, talking about you, problems go away.
I laugh... I laugh
"Ambarabà ciccicoccò" 5 money & coke on the dresser.

There's Italy of the videoextortion,
there's the granny with the new made breasts,
and they lived happily ever after, but not informed about the facts.
Osama 6 is still fugitive,
I saw im yesterday at the restaurant!
I know you don't believe me,
"Se sbaglio mi corigerete" 7 (you'll correct me!)

Good thing there's Carla Bruni!
We are so, - Sarkò no
Sarkò sì...
How beatiful is Carla Bruni, talking about you, problems go away.
I laugh... I laugh

Truth is like glass, that is transparent if it's not foggy
to hide what there's behind
Just open the mouth and flap it!
Carla Bruni... Carla Bruni...

Good thing there's Carla Bruni!
We are so, - Sarkò no
Sarkò sì...
How beatiful is Carla Bruni, talking about you, problems go away.

I take it out with someone,
You take it out with someone
He takes it out with someone
And crashes his head on the wall!
I take it out with someone,
You take it out with someone
He takes it out with someone,
We all take it (in the ass!)
