Translation
Drowned old Pharoah's army
When Moses struck the waters
The waters came together
And drowned old Pharoah's army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army,
alleluiah
We're going to pray to Jesus
To bring some valiant soldiers
To drown Old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army,
alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's
army, alleluiah
Drowned old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army
Old Pharoah's army,
alleluiah

Author's comments:
This is an Aboriginal song from the 2012 movie
'"The Sapphires", an Australian musical comedy-drama.
It is based on a true story of four indigenous sisters,
Cynthia, Gail, Julie and Kay who are discovered by a
talent scout and form a music group named
"The Sapphires" and travelled to Vietnam in 1968 to sing for
troops during the war.
