The translation looks accurate, well done! I'd just fix the "Besion" to "Besoin" and format the lines so that they match exactly (notice for example how "Je cours dans tous les sens / pour tomber dans tes bras" is in two lines but the translation is in only one, so it looks like "I give up at every sign, every symbol" is the translation for the second half of the phrase.

Translation
Romeo
I don't need anything,
but I want everything
I looked for that boy,
and I found him up above
With a white t-shirt,
up to his knees
I lost all my reasoning,
I want my dose of Romeo
oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Something strange is happening around you
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
I run in all directions to fall into your arms
I give up at every sign, every symbol
You're my Madonna, my parable
I've given up, the current passes
I'm gonna overcome myself
What did you pour into my glass?
(Chorus)
We're good,
We're high
We're totally good,
We're totally lovely
We're good, Romeo
We're endlessly far away,
We're endlessly high
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Something strange is happening around you
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
I run in every direction to fall into your arms
(Chorus)
We're good,
We're up high
We're totally good,
We're totally lovely
We're good, Romeo
We're endlessly far away,
We're endlessly high
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh (3x)

Desolé si n'est pas bien traduite, le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle. J'ai fait mon mieux, correctez-moi s'il-y a des fautes :).
Je ne sais pas si elle voulait dire "haut" au sens de "défoncé", ou "élevé", mais je pense que "défoncé" a plus de sens.
Sorry if it's not translated well, French isn't my native language. I tried my best, feel free to correct me if there are any mistakes :).
I'm not sure if she meant "haut" as in "high on drugs" since the French word for that sorta high "défoncé" would not fit the rhyme scheme, but I think that makes more sense than "up high".
