Sektor Gaza - Samagonshiki (Самогонщики) (English translation)

English translation

Moonshiners

We have our own company "Moonshiner corporation",
We organize moonshine sessions at home,
We are speculators, profiteers, and alcoholics since childhood,
The struggle for sobriety just brings money for us. *

We make moonshine!
We make moonshine!
We make it!

Let they fine us 300, 500, and even 1000 rubles,
We will implement the moonshine plan right on time,
Even if vodka rises in price even to 1000 rubles,
We will drink our surrogate. Friend, let's pour it in!

We make moonshine!
We make moonshine!
We make it!

And if there is no saccharin, candies, and yeast on sale,
We will make moonshine from beetroot, we've got some leaven already.
We will never queue up for vodka -
You fucking didn't guess, pour money down the drain!
We make moonshine!
We make moonshine!
We make it!

Author's comments:

* this song tells about Gorbachev's anti-alcohol campaign of the second half of the 1980s in the USSR, when alcohol of all kinds became scarce, and moonshine had a surge in demand.

May I suggest some comments:
S1L2 We organize booze with moonshine at home,->We organize moonshine sessions at home, (it's been taken from English, so it is better to use the original word)
S2L1We make the moonshine!->We make moonshine! (and further down the text) Wink smile
S3L1 Let they fine for this by 300, 500, and 1000 rubles,->May they fine us 300, 500, and even 1000 rubles,
S3L2 We will implement the plan for moonshine right on time,->We will implement the moonshine plan right on time,
S3L3 Let vodka will rise in price even to 1000 rubles,-> Even if vodka rises in price even to 1000 rubles,
S5L1 Let there is no saccharin, candies, and yeast in the sale,->And if there is no saccharin, candies, and yeast on sale,
S5L2 We will make moonshine from beetroot, already we have a leaven.->We will make moonshine from beetroot, we've got some leaven already.
S5l3 We never will stay in the turn for vodka ->We will never queue up for vodka -
S5L4 You fucking didn't guess, we won't throw money on the wind **-> You fucking didn't guess, we won't pour money down the drain (this is an idiomatic equivalent) Regular smile

Ah, the footnote should be edited too:

this song tells about Gorbachev's anti-alcohol campaign of the second half of the 1980s in the USSR, when alcohol of all kinds became scarce, and moonshine had a surge in demand.

And, BTW, Russian expressions containing 'Пусть', if it could be replaced with 'Даже если', would be translated into English using so-called 'conditionals' (which type to use depends on the context, but Type 0 is used very seldom, if ever.) It can be translated with "May it/he/she/we/they" or "Let it/him/her/us/them" if a kind of wish is meant. The first variant (May...) can also be used as a conditional of the 1-st type. And if it could be replaced with 'хотя' then it should be translated using a construction with 'albeit'.

"May it/he/she/we/they" of "Let it/him/her/us/them"

здесь должен быть предлог "or" вместо "of"?

Yes, that's a typo. Wink smile
