1. Qu'on aime quand ils se tiennent et marchent
I asked my friend and she said it seemed to her like 'se tenir' in this case meant to be strong/couragous before obstacles and 'marcher' in the symbolic sense, could express advancing in life. So I translated it as "to stand up [before obstacles] and walk forwad [advance in life]".
