Reverse Whale*
- 1. the question is which verb takes the adverb but whatever... each?
- 2. "wrong" possible meaning, "when/if a firm touch breaks the tension, I('ll) drink your body" Officially, there is no such word as "joond" (which could come from noun joondumus form verb joonduma/joondama = to align) maybe the fact that I can hear a D at the end of the final utterance, hints that drinking would be an error (another even weirder interpretation is "when ...that... touch breaks the tension, (and) +has+ drunk your body", big LOL, fortunately it doesn't harmonise with the following)

* Officially the author says that it's English title should be "Twisted Love" because word-plays aren't very translatable. (http://www.thebalticscene.eu/interview-marten-kuningas-peedu-kass-twiste...) I didn't try to translate it too but I thought about the how. Voilà: "Is it here where my dear missing reverse vaal is swimming?" When you pronounce v-aa-l backwards (translating the title as "Whale Backwards" would be a too big give-away, wouldn't it?), you get something that you won't with reversing w-eɪ-l... What could it be?
(There are other very vague lines too. For some reason, I always heard the more illogical possibility first. These are given in footnotes.) In addition, I suspect that "you don't exist" for "sind ei ole" could have been a too harsh translation. At the same time, in "Sees ja väljas" he asks, "Is love an illusion?" Another possible translation is "you are not (here)" or "you are nowhere", so you can think what you like. And I wish I'd be better at translating or the languages to be more similar.
Oh, and if you found yourself thinking dirty while reading this translation, then umbrellas and old boots are your best friends.
