Theme Song
[Verse: Lois Griffin]
It seems today
That all you see
Is violence in movies
And sex on T.V
[Bridge: Peter Griffin]
But where are those good old-fashioned values....
[Bridge: The Griffins]
On which we used to rely?!
[Chorus: All]
Lucky there's a family guy!
Lucky there's a man who
Positively can do
All the things that make us...
[Fill: Stewie Griffin ]
Laugh and cry!
[Outro: All]
He's our Fam-ily Guyyy!

Translation
Titelsong
[Strophe: Lois Griffin]
Es scheint heutzutage
Dass alles, was man sieht
Ist Gewalt in Filmen
Und Sex im TV
[Überleitung: Peter Griffin]
Doch wo sind die guten althergebrachten Werte
[Überleitung: Die Griffins]
Auf die wir uns früher verließen?
[Refrain: Alle]
Ein Glück, es gibt 'nen Familienkerl
Ein Glück, es gibt 'nen Mann, der
Durchaus tun kann
Alles, was uns zum
[Stewie Griffin]
Lachen und Weinen bringt
[Outro: Alle]
Er ist unser Familienkerl!

I'd translate "family guy" as "Familienmensch" (i.e. someone who places high importance on family life). "Familienkerl" sounds strange to German ears, first because it's not an idiom and second because "Kerl" carries a connotation of "rude, unintelligent, illiterate". While that may apply to Peter Griffin, it's still not a word you'd use in German.
"Dass alles, was man sieht // Ist Gewalt in Filmen" => "Ist alles, was man sieht // Gewalt in Filmen"
"Durchaus tun kann // Alles, was uns zum" => "Wirklich all das tun kann // Was uns zum"
