Original lyrics
Un beso nadie me da
Un beso nadie me da,
decía un niño llorando,
a mi nadie me da un beso,
no tengo pare y mare
ni sé lo que vale eso,
pero debe de ser muy grande.
Esto le escuché decir
a un probre niño chiquito
que al hospicio lo llevaron
cuando quedó huerfanito.
Era una Noche de Reyes,
los Reyes Magos pasaron
y para llevar juguetes
al hospicio se acercaron.
Y aquel niño le decía:
Mago de mi corazón,
tráigame usted a mi madre,
que quiero conocerla yo.
Si la ve usted por el cielo,
dile usted que no la olvido,
aunque hay unas almas buenas
que me tienen recogío.
Pero esta Noche de Reyes
aunque tengo quien me ampare,
daría todos estos juguetes
por un beso de mi mare.
El Rey cogiéndolo en brazos
le dijo: no llores más,
tu mare vendrá conmigo
y en un trono la verás.
El niño en aquella noche
pensando se durmió,
la beatita que lo velaba
esta copla le escuchó:
Sor María,
me han dicho los Reyes Magos,
hermanita sor María,
que para el año que viene
me traen a la mare mía
y en una carroza viene...

Translation
A kiss nobody gives me 1.
A kiss nobody gives me,
a little boy said while crying,
nobody gives me a kiss,
I have no father, nor mother,
neither I know what that means,
but of great value it must be.
This is what I heard to say
to a poor little boy
whom to the hospice was taken
when an orphan he became.
It was one Epiphany Eve, 2.
the Magi Kings were passing by
and in order to take presents,
to the hospice they arrive.
And that boy told one of them:
Oh, dear Mage of my heart,
I wish you could bring my mother,
that to know her I want.
If you see her in heaven,
tell her that I don't forget her,
although there are some good souls
that have given me a shelter.
But on this Epiphany Eve,
although I have someone to protect me,
I would exchange all these toys
for my mother's warmest kiss.
Taking him into his arms,
the Mage told him, cry no more,
your mother will come with me
and you'll see her on a throne.
The boy, thinking of this,
fell sleep that night,
the lay sister who watched over him
this 'copla' heard him sing:
Sister María,
the Magi have just told me,
dear sister, 'sor' María, 3.
that when the next year comes
they will bring, to me, my mother
and in a carriage she will come...

Author's comments:
Three Kings Night / Epiphany Eve
1. Direct translation, although more natural would be as it appears on the third verse: "nobody gives me a kiss".
2. In Spain, traditionally, the Three Kings, Wise Men, or Magi, bring the presents on Epiphany Eve, January 5th- 6th, as they did to Baby Jesus.
3. Th boy repeats "hermanita" in the word "sor".

I made the changes.
Question:
When you say, " I have someone to...", does "someone" maen just one person? Because here, he has "all these good souls" to take care of him.
The dictionary says "Wise Men", and in our Christmas Carols we say "Three Kings", or "Wise Men". (?) Notice that, in Spanish, we also call them "Magos".
