Lives of others
A Vida Dos Outros
Diz-me ele acha-me o quê
Diz-me ele acha-me o quê
Lives of others
I know that it's a secret
And I don't tell anybody else
I just told one friend of yours
Tell me what did he say
What did he think
about what we had talked?
Tell me, what does he think?
And what if does he know the reason
why we have lived through all of this
Secrets belong to those who know how to keep them
I know that it's a secret
And I don't tell anybody else
It would be easier if I were there to hear
I don't tell anyone
It would be easier if I were there to laugh
I don't tell anyone
I know it's a secret
That's easy to notice
What if it still is?
How shall you know?
Tell me what did he say
What did he think
about what we had talked?
Tell me, what does he think?
And what if does he know the reason
why we have lived through all of this
Secrets belong to those who know how to keep them
Enough of what exists between us
And the silence no longer comes back
I don't know how was that, not even want to keep in silence, I hope
It was so easier when it was my time to come
I don't tell anyone
It was so funnier when I had a lot of fun hearing it
I don't tell anyone
Tell me what did he say
What did he think, because I don't tell anyone

This, I think, is a really nice translation. We just need to correct some small things. Sequence of tenses, nothing serious.
> Tell me what he said
What he thought
About what we talked
I've been taught the British variant of English, and so my version is:
"Tell me, what did he say,
What did he think
About what we had talked of?"
Your translation may be correct for American English, still I'm not sure. In the end of the translation you have put with the right sequence.
> "And if does he know the reason
why we have lived through all of this"
Here I would use "what" before "if": "And what if he knows..."
> Secrets belog to those that know how to keep them
Misspelling. It's "belong". Also, you should use "who" instead of "that" here, because people are meant, not things.
> If it still is?
Once again, I would have added "if": "What if it still is?"
> Enough that between us to exist it
I'm not really getting this line. How about this: "Enough of what exists between us"?
Hope that helps.
