Hi =) I saw that movie too, it was delightfully meaningless... Anyway, I think I might have figured out natta-man and kakkoo-man (there aren't actually any dakuten there):
yattaaman ni natta(a) man = the man who became yatter-man (cheap pun)
kakkoo-man: kakkou ii = handsome (since aichan is described as oshare in the same line I think this makes perfect sense)

DON DON is more of a sound effect that signifies drumming/rumbling/etc, so even though I translated it as "rumbling" it's better to think of it as a sound instead... maybe like, BOOM BOOM BOOM!
