The first part of this translation seems to be not your own work but a traditional translation of that verse. You have to state your source if you add something you didn't translate yourself.

And, "you are thank to Him" sounds like wrong grammar to me, as it would mean the same as "to Him you are (a) thank"
Did you mean to say that, or did you mean "you are thanks to Him" (="you exist thanks to Him") or "you are to thank Him" (="you have to thank Him")?

In the video it says "you are to thank Him", but the translation here still says "you are thank to Him".

Also, both the Hebrew lyrics and this translation are incomplete; they lack what in the transliteration is
"Modeh ani Borei YOilam
That ani Borei YOilam
Voilevoi Yoilo"

And the line " (משנה פרק טי ברכות)" and"(whether it be good or seemingly bad)" don't even seem to be part of the actual lyrics.

So, the text here is not even half of the lyrics.

I think this entry here should be deleted because of that.
