It seems I have misunderstand and mistranslated the post.
Considering his word usage(he refers to Carl Orff, the composer of "Carmina Burana," as "変態"), I'd think that he probably found two people who were unique, talented, and crazy, in person or through media, and got awe-struck and inspired by them so that he got goose bumps.
