Алгогольной славы и славы трудовой - The city of alcoholics' glory and the glory of workers (The city where live a lot of alcoholics and a lot of workers (Revolution of 1917), indeed it's the city of Millitary Glory and one of 12 Hero City after The World War II.
Bukhat' - to drink alcohol, here he means the scandal image of the group - they seems to be drunk when they play their concerts
