King of Raop
Yeah, ah.
Who’s the guy with the mask on?
Who doesn’t think, but just goes ahead and does it.
Who’s the coolest in the game
and does it for you and not for the fame
‘cause he doesn’t give a shit about the majors, ¹
but still makes paper ²
and still a “hi” to the Haters ³
‘Cause from this day forward, I’m your King of Raop, ⁴
Raop, Raop, Raop.
And suddenly this rap thing makes it fun ⁵
it’s really laid back
‘cause this guy does what the rest of them can’t
and you’re already focused, ⁶
but hang on, the track’s just now getting’ started.
After all, you’re already trapped
and never want to go back,
but you hang onto me,
and you think, oh man, please try hard,
then you’re the last hope,
but I don’t think about it.
Haha, okay, mic check.
I’ll first warm up,
but it already sounds cool (sounds cool) ⁷
They say Cro does this thing all the way,
‘cause he sings and raps,
ey, you’re totally crazy.
What should I say, man, I’m not Mac, ⁸
not a pimp, not a boss, that’s why it sounds nice.
‘Cause I am the way I am and not since now;
no, seriously, this guy was already fresh as a kid,
and from this day forward, never again a problem
yeah, everything’s okay, R A O P.
I don’t care which star is now where, who, what, where, whom;
screw it; Cro’s going on again and has this country behind him,
and you say there’s more, man that’s still not enough for you, but wait a minute, buddy; the very bottom line
is that everything’s cool, and for that, I thank you.
Who’s the guy with the mask on?
Who doesn’t think, but just goes ahead and does it.
Who’s the coolest in the game
and does it for you and not for the fame
‘cause he doesn’t give a shit about the majors,
but still makes the paper
and still a “hi” to the Haters
‘Cause from this day forward, I’m your King of Raop,
Raop, Raop, Raop.
Don’t worry ‘cause I’ll stay the way I am (stay the way I am) and deep inside of me
I’m actually a child.
I rap smoothly and give the thing
just a swing, which sounds simple.
Not a hero, but perhaps a king
‘cause I know where to,
and right now the wind’s blowing.
So write “he’s nuts,” but I know I’ll win
‘cause no matter what comes, man; I’ll stay a
CHIM…PERATOR. ¹
Screw the majors and fuck the haters.
No, I’ll put on my blazer; I’m just a kid with a little
gold and a pager.
HUH!
and more style than the “Cool Kids”
Cool and a shoe fetish; no, that’s too sick.
They say: “Cro, hey; Juice wasn’t enough for us, ⁹
come tell us something about you and show us who you are.
Who’s the guy with the mask on?
Who doesn’t think, but just goes ahead and does it.
Who’s the coolest in the game
and does it for you and not for the fame
‘cause he doesn’t give a shit about the majors,
but still makes the paper
and still a “hi” to the Haters
‘Cause from this day forward, I’m your King of Raop,
Raop, Raop, Raop.

¹ gib ‘nen fick = doesn’t give a shit: this phrase can change meaning depending on the context. In this case, the “Majors” are the “major recording companies” such as Universal. Cro remains with Chimperator Productions, an independent German recording label. The other half of “gib einen fick” would translate to “he gives a shit” about something, meaning he cares about it. It all depends upon the context. “Majors” is defined by Rapgenius:

² paper: slang English term for money.
³ Hater: A person that simply cannot be happy for another person's success.
⁴ King of Raop, probably a reference to King Kool Savas’ release, “King of Rap” in 2000. Raop genre is a combination between RAp and pOP.
⁵ complete thought: makes it fun for you.
⁶ German idiom: im Bann sein = to be focused.
⁷ Fett = cool, phat.
⁸ Mac: probably a reference to "Mac Daddy" or Mack Daddy; it's a term used to describe a man with an unusual power over women, and is derived from the French and later Louisiana Creole patois term "maqereau", which means "pimp". Adding "daddy" makes it mean "top pimp". The '70's black-exploitation movie "The Mack", a dramatization of the life of a street pimp, furthered the popularity of the term in urban America."
