It's not really that hard to translate, "Ferne Welt" means "distant world", and since in German the "infinitive" doesn't exist as in English, "ich komme" can not only be translated as "I come" but also as "I'm coming".
In few worlds, an accurate translation is "Distant world, I'm comming"
