Hello!

Just to make sure, is adding game soundtracks allowed? (I've read the instructions for adding soundtracks in the FAQ section.)
I really like Burnout 3: Takedown and I was wondering if I could add the soundtrack. Also, would I enter the name of the geme as the artist? I was just thinking that maybe there's some other way of adding categories which only mods can do or something. Pardon my ignorance.

Artist pages can be added by anyone; it's only the editing which is restricted to mods, editors, and the user who created the page.

As long as a song has lyrics, it can be added. I think treating game soundtracks the same as other soundtracks seems reasonable.
You can always add the other participants (composer, performer, lyricist etc.) into the featuring artist fields.

Since it's the same recording I would suggest putting "Burnout 3..." into the also-performed-by or the featuring-artist-field.
I think it's not against website rules to add a new/duplicate song entry for it in such a case, but I would avoid it where possible.
