Nice translation ;) Thanks Evan! But, what do you think of:
Line 1: "How beautiful you are and even more so tonight, Maria!"
Line 2: Take another look at the wording. To me it sounds slightly off.
All in all, I like it and look forward to reading more of your translations.

It sounds nice the way it is, but either "lying close to your heart" or "in your arms" would sound good too. Since I'm not looking for a singable translation, it doesn't really matter as long as it expresses the idea, and you like it. Thanks again my friend.
