Yes, but no

The silence excites me, breaks my peace;
a slight fever turns into the anxiety
of untying the knot I carry in my soul
ever since I saw her in love.

Yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have;
yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have.

If when I look at you, you would look at me, I would be a mirror,
and, perhaps, it would deceive you in the reflexion:
you would find the rush devouring the time,
within my eyes, what I feel...
within my eyes, what I feel.

Yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have;
yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have.

Like an abyss,
I got lost in this situation,
it takes hold of me and doesn't allow me to perceive,
life will tell...

Yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have;
yes, but no,
because I know that her love is no good for me;
no, but yes,
'cause it can be better than what you already have...

Thank you Rosa, my suggestion:
te engañara al reflejar tu cuerpo > I'd fool you into reflecting your body

Your suggestion.
Let's analyze it a little:
It could be "I", it could be "it" (the mirror). I went for 'it'.
I don't see why "fool" goes better than "deceive". (?)
I didn't understand that "into", could it be "on"?
I changed the last word 'reflect' to 'reflexion'.
Take a look at the results. Thanks!

Hi Rosa, what I understand he says is: if I became mirror then I would catch a glimpse of your naked body.
"to fool someone into doing something" is a cliché, "into" has nothing to do with the mirror

I refer to,
"y quizás TE engañaRA al reflejar tu cuerpo", could be Either "i" (myself) or "it" ('I' as the mirror).

In both cases he speaks about himself

I thought that was what I was telling you: and you could express the idea either in one'e name, or the other.

Ok, but why make it more complex than it is

I don't think my point ("I" or "it") is complex at all.
Your sentence is more complicated.
So, is the last shot well-aimed?

Went right through my heart
Suggestion: with your reflection

Thank you Joanna. Very kind of you.
(You brought me memories of my old friend Evan, Greek as well).
