Music: Rock music, specially Prog, art, alternative and indie rock.
I love the Turkish alternative rock band mor ve ötesi and I think every alternative rock fan should listen to some of their songs. I also love English band Queen more than any other rock band and also I can add King Crimson, The Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Oasis, Nirvana, Blur, Sigur Rós, Radiohead, Muse, Pearl Jam, Interpol, Travis, Stereophonics and Coldplay to this list.
I should also mention my love for Classical Music and specially Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, Dvorak, Elgar and Rachmaninoff. I'm also a big fan of Traditional Azerbaijani Music, i.e. Mugham, and its best representative, Alim Qasimov. I listen to Qawwali singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and marvelous Jeff Buckley too.
General: I study English Literature, so you can guess my love of novels: James Joyce, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Anton Chekhov, Samuel Beckett, Franz Kafka, Marcel Proust, Louis Ferdinand Céline, Albert Camus, William Faulkner, Vladimir Nabokov, Joseph Conrad, Jorge Louis Borges, Orhan Pamuk, Thomas Pynchon, J. D. Salinger, Gunther Grass and Robert Musil. I'm an avid reader of philosophical texts, especially analytic philosophy and I can play a passable chess and love to.
