Zümrüt-ü anka(a phoenix) is one black crow
Calling never come, himself is at the deep end
Zümrüdüanka or Anka is a large bird which have been told in Turkish folk tales.
"Evvel zaman içinde kalbur saman içinde" is a regular opening phrase of Turkish folk tales, like "once upon a time" or "long, long ago" in English folk tales. By literal translation, I think, it means "old is within time, sieve is within straw".
