you are right Lafee is good German band.My favorite song is sterben für dich(die for u) it's really good and so powerful but Tokio Hotel is of course the first for me:)
I have learned german before, long long story. But now I find more fun to translate german into Engish and Chinese, and vice versa. I wish I could contribute and share more amazing songs and TED talks here.

I have a quick question!
Alot of times when I hear German people speak, I often hear: Mich and Mir. Can someone please tell me what the difference is, and how and when to use them.
Also, I'm wondering the same for these: Dich, Dir, Du, Mein, Meine, Meinen, and Meiner.

Deutsch ist eigentlich mein Hauptfach an der Uni, aber ich lerne auch Französisch, Italienisch, und Esperanto. Ich liebe Sprachen und möchte Übersetzerin werden. I know, it's not so easy for an English native, but German grammar is not so difficult like, say Polish, well...
Hi, I once review a TED talk to be revised and translated from English to German. I admit that it's useful to use the google translate. But for the native German speaker, it's necessary to correct the right words or the sentence order in german way of thinking. It's read hard for me to think in Deutsch Denkenweise.
And yesterday I had visited in Geman pavilion in Expo Shanghai. I loved the Technology and the green and sustainable life in german, but it's really cool about the colourful art, music, festivals, and different kinds of expressions in different lauages, maybe drawing, writing, singing, philosophy thinking and so on. Especially, there was a German karaoke stage. I remembered half of the songs are classical one from Beethoven
and so on, only four songs from modern time, include

By the way, the title "Marmor, Stein und Eisen bricht" is grammatically wrong (singular used here instead of "brechen" (plural)... it's only used because of the rhyme bricht... nicht

das hab' ich geschrieben... wobei: die knackenden Geräusche, beziehen diese sich bei diesem Satzbau auf die Mädchen oder die Kunststücke?!
